tenth anniversary on the web to commemorate what has been a very happening decade. A
website that grew from its initial bulk of just four pages in 1998 to its present
girth of more than 200 pages in 2008 has covered a vast journey.

Owned and run by the dedicated duo Jill and Charlie Henry, Mountainvalleycenter has
floated and carried forward the concept of wellness through self healing and
holistic treatments. Most of what is learnt and taught here is the outcome of the
doctoral work carried out by Jill and also the duo's experiences gathered through
their various holistic ventures since early 1990s.

Having started modestly in 1998, the Mountainvalleycenter website offers self help
articles, an on-line Certified Facilitator of Adult Learning course, an opt-in
monthly email newsletter sent to thousands of people across the world, announcements
for CEU workshops for nursing, massage, and physical therapists, and back-stories
for each of its products in addition to unique gifts and products for Well Being.

The year 2007 was significant in that the first rental cottage was opened at the
Otto Labyrinth Park. The cottage is rented by the weekend or week for individual and
small group retreats. In the same year, the Far Infrared Amethyst Bio Mat was
introduced for individual healing sessions and as an adjunct for Jill's Practice of
Polarity Therapy. Above all the non-profit Foundation for Well Being was also
established.

The year 2008 is poised to be a very exciting year of growth and expansion for
Mountain Valley Center.com. More activities are planned at the Labyrinth Park and
Cottage. Their monthly email newsletters will look at the implications of the Tao Te
Ching in living a life of well being along with many other exciting projects in the
pipeline.
